Open the Shop and tap Restore purchases. Purchases are tied to your App Store account, not the device.

Where did my progress go?

Progress is stored on the device only, so deleting the app deletes it — there is no account to restore from. On a new phone, the game starts fresh.

I'm out of hearts

Hearts refill on their own, one every 25 minutes. You can also refill instantly with coins — tap the hearts anywhere to see the timer.

The daily challenge says I already played

The daily is one attempt per day, the same puzzle for the whole world, and it flips at a single global moment — midnight UTC, which may not be your local midnight. The countdown on the daily button shows exactly when the next one lands.

Sound stopped working

Check the Sound toggle in Settings first, and your device's silent switch. If sound is still missing, close the app fully and reopen it.
