Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 27, 2026

The short version: the game itself collects nothing about you. There are no accounts, no sign-in, and no analytics of ours. The only data handling happens inside Google's ad system and the app store's payment system, both described below.

What stays on your device

Your progress — levels completed, stars, coins, hearts, settings, and your daily-challenge streak — is stored only on your device. It is never uploaded anywhere, and we cannot see it. Deleting the app, or using "Reset progress" in Settings, permanently deletes it.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

Swoople shows ads through Google AdMob. To serve ads and prevent fraud, Google may process:

In the European Economic Area and the UK, a consent dialog lets you choose how ads are personalized. How Google uses this data is described in Google's privacy & terms. The "Remove Ads" purchase removes interstitial ads entirely; optional rewarded ads remain and only play when you choose to watch them.

App Tracking Transparency

On iOS you will be asked once whether Swoople may track you for ads. If you decline, ads are still shown — just without personalized tracking. You can change this any time in Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.

Purchases

In-app purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We never receive or store your payment details; purchase records are managed by the store under its own privacy policy.

What we never do

Children

Swoople is suitable for all ages but is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone — children included, since the game collects none.
